We maintain a close relationship with our customers. Beyond the sales and delivery process, we are on stand-by for service enquiries. Our aftersales and service department is handling enquiries and providing support regarding operation, maintenance and repair.
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products and thus excellence in service our service technicians are trained by the manufacturers on a regular basis.

A comprehensive stock of Brunvoll spare parts and special tools ensures prompt and professional on-site repair as well as swift replacements of defective components. Spare part and service enquiries as well as orders are handled by our aftersales department.
Being located close to Jets AS Germany and its stock in Ratzeburg we provide smooth and quick supply of spare parts. Repair of Jets-equipment is carried out promptly by our service technicians – either on-board or in our maintenance workshop.
Spare part enquiries for TMC-units as well as orders are handled by our aftersales department. The parts will be shipped from TMC-stock in Norway. Repair of TMC-equipment is carried out by our service technicians on board.
Spare part enquiries for Sperre-units as well as orders are handled by our after sales department. The parts will be shipped from Sperre-stock in Norway.
Maintenance and spare part deliveries for Finnøy-equipment are provided by our company.
